Had an excellent experience at Cap It! Brandon went above and beyond to make sure my truck had the proper parts it needed, and the fender flares he installed look incredible. I appreciate the honest and hard work they put in to their jobs at Cap It :)

i had a box cover installed , then it was deemed waterlogged within the warrantee time , they replaced it but charged me another $ 173.25 for installation again ,,,, i paid for installation when i purchased it the first time ,,, NO WAY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY INSTALLATION TWICE ESPECIALLY WHEN IT WAS BUILT FAULTY TO BEGIN WITH , I REQUESTED A REFUND ,, stay tuned !!!

So because I didn't have them install it at cap it in lethbridge. They wouldn't help me with nothing. I had to almost beg them to get instructions. How to install the door on my cap? The cap was there. The door was $800 and I had to fight with them to get even the size of the screw that they use to put it in. So I will never buy anything from cap it again. Absolutely, not. Just keep it in mind people.

Highly recommend Steve and his team they stand behind their products. Had some rust appearing on a truck rack I purchased from them And without hesitation, Steve ordered a brand new replacement rack immediately. Can’t recommend them enough Thanks again, Steve for the help with my truck rack and dealing with quality products!

This team is great ! I really shopped around looking for a topper as they are quite expensive.. I was happy to give the Lethbridge branch my business! I have had a couple manufacturing issues with the Leer topper, these guys were quick to fix them. I was impressed and am confident they will continue to offer their support with any other issues or accessories I decide purchase.
