“Always use this location’s for car wash. Happy with the service. Went on Sunday at evening and waited like around 15-20min too many car?location is great, and spacious!Overall experience was good so far!”
“Received two gift cards from the Lethbridge location and tried to use them in Calgary, turns out that is not possible due to being on different systems. Ok, so it is an inconvenience but the young gentleman that took my call was incredibly helpful and very polite. He stated he would contact his managers to resolve the issue and keep me posted. Later than evening the same polite and customer service driven young man contacted me back to advise of the issue.I honestly don’t care that I cannot use the cards in Calgary cause I’ll give them to family in Lethbridge, what matters is that these days there still exist people like this guy who provided exception customer service and went above and beyond in my eyes! Well done young man, whoever you are!”
