I needed home insurance in December 2020, so I went into the office to discuss rates, found a suitable provider and signed the documents. The monthly premium was $80 more than what they quoted me, they said they would fix it and it still ended up being $35 more than the quoted rate so I cancelled 2 months later. Last week (7 months later), I receive a final notice for collections for this policy, I had no idea I owed money! I called them to explain what is going on and they basically said its my problem and I need to call the 3rd party company myself.Waited an hour on hold with Pembridge and they've told me Chaparral should have helped me with this, I'll be filing a complaint.

Expensive rate on car insurance! Promise to return some money and waiting until now. Jeremy wasnt transparent on diacussing the rate until company add up an amount of money on monthly deductions!

I had a very frustrating experience at your west side location on Saturday, April 17th. It has prompted me to take my business elsewhere. The staff member handling the situation upset me and multiple customers with her lack of professionalism. I would like to discuss this in detail. This business is a new start-up on the west side and very convenient for all of us living in the area. I cannot accept being treated this way however, and so I’m forced to take my business elsewhere.Here is your opportunity to make this right. There are 4 members of my household who use vehicle registry services. You’ve lost my business unfortunately, but how you handle this could get worse.
