One of the backing of my earrings broke off which led to me losing my earrings although was supposed to be 10k gold. However, for anyone with any concerns or issues I strongly suggest gping to the store/contacting the manager for amy concerns/questions etc.
Was able to get my earrings refunded and the lady who helped us was very nice and understanding. She went the extra mile to make sure our experience was great. Thank you Sarah😊

I was looking for a 40th wedding anniversary ring for my wife. I went to other jewelry stores before this and couldn’t find what I was looking for. I had found one online from the States but didn’t want to order online. Robin at this Charm location said they had a gold smith that could design one similar or exact. We made modifications and my wife loved it! I appreciate her helping me get the ring I really wanted to gift my wife. I highly recommend this jewelry store!
