Recently we have been having issues with our online banking and for some reason we paid our credit cards and they still haven’t received payment even after 10 days! Wow! I don’t like to call anyone on the phone and was hard and had to work up the courage the day before. I called Christian Credit Union on Aug 30 and got Peter on the phone. He stated to check to make sure they haven’t received their payment as its now on the 11th day. I stated that I did it the evening before but might as well. I checked to see if they received their payment, and they finally did on the 11th day. I called Peter, shocked, as I didn’t know what to say except, I felt like I was stupid, I stated that he was right, I am sorry for wasting your time, he stated that I am not stupid, didn’t waste any time, any time after 5 days, I had the right to call him. He made me feel good about my call to him, twice. I stated I am going to pass your info to my husband as he is having the same issues. My husband then later called him, Peter said “Hi, Lillian” (as he did when I called him back the 2nd time), my husband said “no, it’s her husband, lol.” They were talking about a couple of issues. But overall, Peter has exemplary customer service skills. He was prompt, professional, and efficient. He was also reassuring, friendly and courteous.

Banks are banks, but this one tries hard to be better from a Christian perspective. Good service, prompt replies to inquiries and requests.

I love the values and morals of this credit union but they are impossible to get a hold of. I swear there's no one answering phones ever.My wallet was stolen on the 16th of December and the thief used my tap feature to spend over $300 of my money. There is no 'report your card lost or stolen' button on the app so I watched as my balance went lower and lower because I had to wait till the branch opened to inform them of the theft. I tried every number I could find and no one answered. Eventually I e-transfered my remaining balance to an alternate account but the damage was done.It is now January 11th and although they assured me I would get my money back within a week, I have received none. I do not recommend banking here if the security of your money is important to you.Update: I got my money back on the 13th of January.I have been assured that steps are being taken to improve their security features.

Very poor service, app doesn't work, useless hours. Basically if you have a day job don't bank with them because they are closed anytime you aren't working.

Very poor service. Staff are always "away from the office today". Takes months for them to get back to you
