“I asked a young sales rep at the Bootlegger store in Lethbridge, AB if she could assist me with my selection of new jeans best suited to my body type.
I explained I was having difficulty with my Suki Silver jeans constantly wearing holes in my Tshirts where my zipper top seemed to rub against them at counter height.
I told her I had selected the Suki style by Silver as it was designed for a curvy figure like mine & that I found them very comfortable.
She suggested this issue may be less of a problem with their Avery High Rise style jean than their Suki mid rise style.
I tried some Avery jeans on & they were in deed very comfortable. I could see & feel how they fit me better across my middle than my Suki low rise style did.
It had never occurred to me that the difference in the height of my jeans could be the source of my issue. I doubt it would have without her insight yet it now seems very obvious.
I appreciated her professional insight and friendly manner. She spoke to me both from her personal experience with an indepth knowledge of their products.
I never felt pressured to make a decision or a purchase. I ultimately chose to buy two pairs of Silver Avery jeans and am very satisfied with them.”

“I've shopped at this Pseudio in Lethbridge many times. I have to say the service has always been excellent and it's what keeps me going back to this store. My last visit involved looking for an item for my Grandson. We had been everywhere and no luck. We went to Pseudio and they didn't have the item in stock. Usually Sales Reps tell you that you can order online, not here! Brianna, Jamie and Claire took the time to look online for me. They then took my name and phone number and told me that if they get it they would call me. As we were walking dowctge mall, Brianna came running to tell us that they found some in the back! Although it wasn't the exact one he wanted, he was extatic to gave found one. I have never had such excellent service in a very long time. Go in, check it out! You'll leave feeling great even if you don't buy anything. These people know how to treat a customer.”

“We like to stop at Old Navy when we travel from Medicine Hat to Lethbridge. It's in the Park Place mall and that's very convenient.
We lucked out and arrived when they were having a 50% off sale. I picked up a couple pairs of jeans and a cardigan. Made the trip worth while.

“I've always been impressed by the quality of products Mark's has. On top of that, there's sales pretty regularly. I just got 10 pairs of socks for less than $30, which is awesome because they will probably last me 10+ years. Picked up a super cute pair of boots for around $30 off the sale shelf too. Brand new pajamas, which I paid full price for but they are SO. FREAKING. SOFT. Friendly staff. We were offered assistance twice which was appreciated. Staff also brings products to the counter for you so you don't have to lug things around. One of my favourite places to shop.”

“Long story but, I bought my Dad a belt from the Red Deer location when I was about 14/15 and I am over twice that age now and it finally needs to be replaced. Had no idea he was still wearing it. So, I found out which one he wanted and went into the Lethbridge location where I was helped out by Jessica and Allyssa (I hope I spelled that right). Anyway, I was picking out the belt, and was mentioning needing to ship it to Vancouver Island. She had told me about the free shipping, over $100, online. Since it definitely needed to get there, I went online , while in the store, and purchased the 2 belts, and a wallet (hope he likes them), so I could get the free shipping. I feel bad that those girls didn't get a chance to hit their store target but they were so friendly, and even helped me with the name of the wallet, whilst shopping online. Even though I didn't buy in-store, they were the reason I bought two extra items and made the experience fun. They even laughed at my dumb jokes. Thanks, ladies! You really helped a lost soul help out her Dad. Hopefully, these belts last him another 17+ years. Money well spent.”

“I came in Saturday noon for Christmas shopping and came across amazing stuff. The staff was lovely, and they try their best to prioritize safety measures for COVID. It seems as though a lot of people are quite inconsiderate of that. I want to say this as a neutral standpoint; I understand that it gets frustrating for both employees and customers. I find that the employees throughout Park Place Mall during this pandemic are tired because of the inconsideration of others not wearing a mask or aren’t wearing it properly, but I also saw a review from here that the manager is willing to speak very strikingly in a sense about other customers not following the rules. I don’t know who the manager is at Ardene, but I do find that quite worrisome due to the impact it will lead to business. Frustrations should be said when customers aren’t around, but it gets hard and that’s understandable. The prices from Ardene is quite remarkable and affordable for young girls and adults so it’s hard not to come by and shop at this place. As a customer, I still will come shop at this place but I wanted to write this review to not only the staff but also the people who read this. Please, be considerate of the staff in their position as well as staff being considerate of their reputation for business.”
“I am absolutely blown away by my experience here at Below The Belt! I walked in hoping to find jeans but I came out with a few new outfits thanks to the helpful suggestions by the manager Jessica.To start off, the entire staff was very welcoming and friendly. Everyone greeted me with kindness and enthusiasm. When I went to try on a few pairs of jeans, Jessica brought me a few shirts she thought I would look good in, and to my surprise, I loved it!! I had a great conversation with the nice lady at the till (can't remember her name) while she checked out my items. “Update, I needed to exchange an online purchase...called the store, to see if my size was in stock, and if they could help. The person I spoke with was very helpful, and was happy to hold the items for several days, as I was fighting the flu, when I called. I actually had to ask for an extension, when the flu settled in for a long visit. No problem!! Finally got there a few days ago, and my items were waiting for me. Shopping here is ALWAYS a pleasure and selection is great. Staff go above and beyond, and really seem to enjoy their customers. Kudos to the ladies at Park Place.”
