Staff is very unprofessional and stand around talking instead of working.
I refilled my prescription online through the app and it was supposed to be ready by 2pm the next day. When I arrived at 5:30pm, all the pharmacy employees were gathered in a group chatting with each other and not watching for customers. I waited at the counter for at least 30 seconds before they noticed me. Jashan was the person that helped me, and she said that they are “filling it now and it will be a few minutes”, so I asked how many and she said 5-10 minutes (more than a few min).
My prescription should have been already prepared since I requested the refill the day before. What’s the point of filling online if they don’t actually prepare it for pickup? It is obvious that the staff is just hanging out instead of working and filling online requests.

Called for prescription medication. When tried to pick up. They announced that it was out of stock. Have to waste my time waiting, they could have call or transfer my medication to other pharmacy as what they did. Totally no respect and regards to clients time.

Great, no complaints here, will fax my doctor if necessary and answer my questions if I have any.
They’re always pleasant to deal with.
They are a busy pharmacy best to call ahead for your refills, usually takes them an hour or two.

Worst customer service, they had a hard time faxing my family doctor for my prescription. Need to call my clinic to check if it came through and did not received anything. Called this pharmacy to check if they had the right fax number, rude lady decided to cut me off and kept saying, "we did faxed them, bye" and ended the call. Not recommended.

Worst place ever to get your prescriptions. Staff at the Lethbridge location are rude and abrasive. You are told you can pick up your prescriptions and when you go there 1) they cancel your prescription without cause 2) argue with you about what prescriptions you should be picking up 3) lie to the manager 'JONES' to save face 4) Jones himself doesn't seem to be concerned about hearing the "TRUTH" of the matter. After I tried to explain he said that they will NOT service me and I need to find another pharmacy. That's fine with me, I don't need to be treated poorly. Fact is even WAL-MART gives you better customer service.

This is a busy pharmacy. If there is a program to access the genuine drug rather than a generic, the pharmacist will always access it on your behalf. Sometimes you have to make two visits as the prescription may not be ready when you'd expect it.

Customer service personnel needs training on being kind to costumers. I used to enjoy taking the kids there. Now I tell my kids to never go there again!

The wait times can be a little long and the pharmacist can be reluctant to prescribe a continuing medication, depending on if he thinks you have a "real condition".

Absolute bad customer service, employee get upset really easily at customers, not recommended to anyone looking for a happy greeting.They force you to buy a large quantity of drugs even when you ask for less. Common sense you do not need a years supply while you only will get to choose to buy it all or they will refuse your business elsewherethe taller black gentleman will initiate a argument and even raise his voice at you tell you even when he’s in the wrong.Don’t ever go here you get what you pay. The worst pharmacy place to buy in Lethbridge.
