I was travelling to Lethbridge for work. I do CrossFit at home and wanted to workout while travelling. Coach Gerhard was friendly and welcoming, and coaches Kyle and Tali were great and very helpful for my short visit. I will definitely be back when I’m in town next!

Fantastic gym! Great programming, welcoming atmosphere, clean facility! I had three different coaches, Amanda, Hattie, and Alex and they were all fantastic. They’re all welcoming and helpful. Great to have a place to drop in away from home! Thanks so much for letting me hang out with you guys for the week.
