Great crossfit box. Dropped in while visiting from Phoenix, coach was excellent, the community was so friendly, felt like I had been a member here for a long time and it was my first time in. Definitely will be back whenever visiting family here in Lethbridge!!!

I started training at CrossFit at the beginning of June. At my age (53), it can be a tough decision to get back into a fitness regimen. Starting to feel some changes to my muscle structure, and overall feel really good. Great workouts with awesome people, all aspiring to be better. The training gurus have answered questions I've had without judgment and I don't feel anxious coming to the gym. I'm excited to continue moving forward on my journey. Recommend CrossFit Framework to anyone looking to improve their fitness. See you on Monday, folks!

After less than a month of being an active participant at this gym, I can say that that the coaching is excellent and the members are friendly and happy to encourage new people such as myself. I am a person who has never done barbell exercises and many typical crossfit movements, but I feel confident in completing the exercises because of the coaching, the positive atmosphere and that everyone is motivated by their own fitness goals. Never have I felt judged for being a beginner or a new person, I feel fortunate to be part of this community.

Absolutely amazing gym!! I have been to a lot of CrossFit gyms and this definitely is one of the best. I was visiting from the US for the week and Russ and the team were so welcoming and made me feel at home. Programming was awesome! All the coaches are definitely experts and are extremely helpful. Would highly recommend to get a membership here.

Thanks for the learning and "refresh" on fitness, Russ! This crew at Framework is awesome. I find the new ideas and direction add motivation that was missing. Being well into my 50's I am making modifications but the coaches are excellent with walking through these and making the movements appropriate. Great experience!!

I was in town visiting and dropped in for a couple of classes at Crossfit Framework.The coaches were fantastic, the workouts perfectly structured (and brutal ?) and everyone was super friendly.I'll now make a point of coming back every time I'm in Lethbridge!

Opted for a 10 class punch pass at first and after just a few classes I was loving the atmosphere, the people and the superb instruction by all the coaches.The fact that you can modify every set to suit your skill level is crucial to building up to successfully doing what you are aiming for.Absolutely recommend.

Ive been on and off from working out at a regular gym my whole life. I was never consistent with the gym and don't enjoy myself for extended periods of time. I decided to try CrossFit Framework and it is a completely different experience. I can finally get in better shape and I'm still looking forward to coming to classes 2 months later. The environment is incredible and I really enjoy the atmosphere. So happy I found this place, just wish I had found it sooner!
