Smiths saved the day for me by transferring a recording of my mother singing at age 5 recorded on an old 78 speed record from the early 50s. They even removed some of the background noise like hissing and pops. We played it at my mom's Celebration of life and it was a huge hit. Tremendous service and very professional. Michael at customer service received my request, even though it was quite a bit for him to handle. He remained calm, patient, and did his best to help me.
Dealing with unhappy customers is never easy, and I wasn’t happy with the Best Buy gift card itself—it’s easy to buy but not always easy to use due to certain restrictions and fraud concerns.
However, I was lucky that Michael helped me to the best of his ability. Because of his professionalism and dedication, I’m giving this location 5 stars, even though the situation itself wasn’t ideal.”
