Also the wash and fold service is wonderful had my wisdom teeth out and used the service while I was ill was folded perfectly and very clean

Huge and effective equipments, can dry clothes effectively and wash clothes clean. The store is huge and clean, have a big area to rest and wait for washing. This is the best laundry store I have been. Strongly recommend!

The washer does not spin enough for Cotton sheets usually it would be 12 minutes I needed 32 minutes to dry! Imagine jeans and towels insane! Very nice people machines needs tuning.

$8 for a triple loader smaller than a normal washer that didnt get ordinary sand based dirt out of jeans, and $3 for 48 mins in a dryer and still damp on hot setting-total waste of time, now the jeans are permanently soiled after being in the dryer- not going back, waste of money.I gave 2 stars because it has lots of machines, maybe some work better, not going to find out though, going elsewhere.
Update, So in response to Management, the washer was not overloaded as you assumed -if 4 pairs of jeans wont go in your triple loader than the problem is not mine- its yours! I own front loaders, Im in Lethbridge for work temporarily, my machines at home are Samsung and much larger than your claimed triple loaders, having said that, they simply underperformed and failed to clean for the price paid-simple! moving to another machine does what? makes me stay there longer than I have time for,and,likely costing additional money- its unlikely Im being refunded to move machines-and then to rewash everything is simply not practical.The dryers only being maintained once a day is also a you problem- basically saying If I want dry clothes I have to come there in the morning- that makes no sense. On the nice, the place is clean and yes attended,but that doesnt clean the clothes. So for now my review stands.

I have a different laundromat a few blocks from my home but still choose to drive from the west side to this one because of their quality of service. We use the drop off/pick up option for our large bed blanket that needs an extra large washer and dryer. Always been happy with the results.

I travel all over Praries and regularly do laundry while traveling...
Family Coin is the cleanest I've ever used... This becomes obvious when on the road. Like using your home washer abd dryer. Locals don't know how good they have it in this gem in Lethbridge...

Zero stars !!!!! They had taken and put my $500 blanket in their machine and when I picked it up there was a fishing hook in the blanket ripping and tearing it all over. When brought to their attention they refused to take responsibility for their machine and the fact that they had took my money and put it into their machine. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Complete rip off !!! Literally!!!
