Going to Fountain Tire South was one of the best mechanic experiences I've had. Both folks who I dealt with on the phone were clear and polite (I believe I talked to both Gary and Allen), and they exceeded my expectations in turnaround time. I was stuck in Lethbridge as I had driven down from Calgary, and had to be towed to the shop due to a dead alternator. The shop was only supposed to be open until 1:00pm on a holiday weekend (and a Saturday) and I couldn't get it towed until 11:30am, so I had admitted defeat that I wasn't going to make it back to Calgary that day. The team went above and beyond and called me at 12:30pm to let me know they'd finish the car by 2:30pm so I could make it back to Calgary that evening. The fix was affordable, and they really did go above and beyond to finish the work (which I would never expect of anyone on a holiday weekend). Thank you so much to your team, it really did make my week.

Booking for a service was so easy and convenient. Went in because my check engine light has been on for a bit. They were able to diagnose the problem and give me a call about the problem. Quoted me and asked if I wanted to go ahead with the service.
I just want to say, not only did they finish the service quickly, stayed true to the quote price, but they also didn't pressure me into doing any other services. I have been scammed and gone through lots of tears (and money) getting peer pressured into getting services that were unnecessary or tricked into the severity of importance to my car simply because I am a woman. I will always appreciate kind, and HONEST establishments. Thank you so much! Highly recommend here.

I can't say enough good things about Fountain Tire! I was driving around when I started hearing a worrying clicking from my back left tire. A quick inspection revealed the culprit: a flat-headed screw with air rapidly fizzing out. I called Fountain Tire right away, and they told me to come in immediately.
I headed over, not knowing what to expect, but their service was truly exceptional. I barely had time to get comfortable in the waiting room before my car was ready – it was less than an hour! Not only was the screw removed, but they even handed it to me. They fit me in last minute, and the cost was incredibly reasonable at just $37.
The atmosphere in the shop was comfortable, and the customer support was immaculate. It felt like they'd been perfecting their service for 50 years. Fountain Tire definitely earned my five-star review, and I highly recommend them for any tire needs!

I am SO happy with the service provided by Fountain Tire today.
Last week, I drove over a cotter pin, which resulted in a flat tire. I went to a different company, who told me I needed to replace the tire, that there was nothing to be done to fix it. They then double booked an appointment, and continued to tell me that the tire hadn't been shipped. At my wit's end, and after driving around on a donut for a week, I called Fountain Tire, who got me into the shop, REPAIRED THE TIRE WITH ZERO ISSUES, and had it changed within the afternoon. They saved me $165.00 that I would have spent at the competitor, and possible damage to my vehicle when I was told to swap out one tire on an AWD vehicle.
I will recommend Fountain tire to everyone I know. Seriously impressed with the competence, customer service, kindness, and efficiency of the staff. The store is clean, well cared for, the staff is knowledgeable, and very friendly, and I will only be going here from now on.

I recently bought a set of new tires from this Fountain Tire and it was an incredibly good experience. Fast, efficient, friendly, knowledgable staff. I recommend bring them a case of beer as a thank you because you're gonna wanna.

I have been using them for a number of years due to location. In the past things always went well. However, my last 5-6 appts there have been anything but well. One instance was taking vehicle in am, having it forgot about until I went to get it. another was changing the trans fluid, they didnt tighten the nut up and i had mess in the garage. I was made to feel it was a oh well. Just recently I had a mobile tire repair shop come to put the winter tires on my wifes car, the guy said two valve stems were very corroded. I kept taking the car back to FTS to have them check, and once they did a minor repair, but it didnt rectify the problem. Overall, they dont mind taking my dollars, but the service has went way downhill and I wont be back.

We are extremely pleased with Fountain Tire. We recently purchased 4 new tires plus an alignment and were pleasantly surprised by the pricing! Jason and crew looked after us from the get-go.
