Really great service here both times I’ve used them for embroidery, including design ideas, etc. very involved in the process to make sure you’re happy with the final product.I had Kim and Jenn helping me, both were excellent.

We had shipping problems with our order, and even though it was the shippers fault, Kim re-ordered so we could get it in time. At no cost to us. Top notch customer service, and definitely recommend.
