Very rude service. If you don’t want to honor a free wash, then why run the promotion in the first place? It feels misleading and unprofessional. Employee makes faces when you ask for help for the car wash touch screen . I will never stop this place.

Generally, I enjoy the excellent level of customer service offered at this location.
Today, however, the male staff member was rude beyond belief.
It is NOT the customer's fault that your gas pumps cannot process debit transactions. Maybe, if you put down your cigarette long enough to clearly explain the situation or perhaps put your sign at eye level?
There are numerous other places to purchase gas in Lethbridge. Costco, here I come.

Gas King is truly exceptional when it comes to customer service! The staff here are amazing—always so friendly, helpful, and attentive. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and do it all with a warm smile. On top of that, the place is spotless. The cleanliness of the station and store really stands out, making it a comfortable and pleasant stop. It’s clear they take pride in maintaining a high standard, and it shows. I can’t recommend Gas King enough!

Still debating on how I'm going to handle my experience there, on whether I bother to try and speak to a store manager or owner, or if I run this all the way up the ladder to corporate. To insinuate a customer is stupid to their face is beyond unacceptable. You have lost every bit of buisness from me in this establishment including fuel. I would recommend using any other location in the city as staff at this location are beyond unprofessional.

The best place to fuel for the best price. Premium fuels have no ethanol in it and is usually A few cents cheaper than the other gas stations around the city. The fact they advertise they have no ethanol for premium fuel is main reason I fill up anything "high performance" there compared to other stations that put 10% ethanol in their premium.
