I'm not a boomer or a Karen, but this review needed to be made because, what the hell. I came in for a simple trim, style, and touch-up from a haircut previously done at the same location. The hairstylist was very rude and had an angry and condescending tone of voice right up until I tipped her. She confused touch-up with a haircut and was doing her best to make me feel unwelcome. Making a point on how I'd need to pay to get more done. I told her money isn't an issue and to just do as I'm asking her to do. She made the haircut a touch-up, but I tipped anyways, as I always do when I come in for a haircut. I almost just got up out of the chair and left, as any sane person would. Needless to say, my tips and I will be going somewhere else where the hairstylist actually enjoy their job. It doesn't cost shit to be a decent person.

Came in for a simple mens haircut but very unhappy with the result. Hairstylist seemed to be trying to break a record for "fastest hair cut" and it shows in the quality. Sideburns very uneven and cut super high, buzzed way to high around ears, missed sections completely. I am not picky when it comes to my haircuts but Ive never been rushed through so fast with such a sloppy result.

I wanted my hair thinned out with thinning shears but now I look like a cancer patient. Would not recommend this place at all.

Fast, convenient. It's nice that you don't have to book an appointment. You just log in online, get your spot and then you can show up at your specific time frame. They know how you like your haircut cause they save it and it's still decently priced compared to most salons I'm not picky with my hair but I've never had a bad haircut from them

First time visited this place for simple straight cut, and I’m happy with the work done my hairstylist. The place was not that clean but it’s bearable. I feel that their hairstylist is still in the training/learning phase because after my haircut I waited 5-10min to be seen by one lady and then she gave a final touch(by cutting little bit of my hair). But anyways haircut is nice and looks good on me?. I did online checkin and they send text when to come in. Will definitely go again for their other services.Overall experience was Good!
