Ordered and paid for items which didn't even come in. Called 2 times Friday when they were supposed to arrive. My name wasn't even taken. Told I would get a phone call. Finally the following day I CALLED again and was told the items didn't arrive!!!! Poor customer service. Will only enter store again to get my money back for items that I had paid for and ordered!!!

Crazy returning policy, For returning anything the product needs to exactly the same when it was bought, including the packaging, How can we keep the original packaging intact if we want to use it and later find out it is not serving its purpose. The Cashier was very rude in explaining.

They have the best Christmas display and look forward to going in during the holidays to check out the displays.
Love the fact that it is on the west side and we don't have to drive 20 kms there and back to a hardware store.

The manager is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever talked to in my life. I had a simple question about a return and not only did she completely go against what their website claims but just talked over me. So rude and unprofessional

Take a stop at this location to buy some hardware for hanging shelf. Workers are helpful and attentive, but unfortunately many items are out of stock or don’t have it on the shelf. Place is clean and organized. Lady at the checkout is very friendly. They have 50%off on Christmas items. Location is amazing with tons of parking spot. I hope next time I can find all the items at one place and no need to rush to another store.Overall experience was good!
