Hudson's Bay is an excellent store for acquiring branded apparel with plenty of choices, spread across multiple levels. The place is never busy, so it is more relaxed. Sale prices are still great, with huge sales on seasonal items, making a person feel they are getting a decent deal. The store offers a points system for purchases and has free parking available for 90 minutes. The staff is very nice, polite, and helpful. One associate is particularly knowledgeable for fittings, knowing sizes instantly. However, there is feedback that there is no customer service anymore, with no one working the floor to ask questions. The selection in lingerie and women's shoes was noted as poor, and the fitting room area was a long way from the intimate apparel section. Overall, the store has everything from furniture and clothing to appliances, providing an all-in-one shopping experience.
