“(Updated )Thomas was a great agent, he offered me awesome rates, not a single issue there. But after 5 months a payment got declined and all state told me they had a different card # on file that the one I actually have.But for 5 months I can clearly see they took money from my actual credit card #.. I talked to my bank and they told me they can see the previous charges but not the one that all state claims it got denied.. so this got me really annoyed and now all state is CHARGING ME $100.00 late fee. Unfortunately I will be force to look for a different insurance company before my renewal(Update. )Laura reached out to me and helped me with this issue. She kindly offered to waive the extra fees off and now my payments are back on track.”
