We worked with Chad on a custom renovation of the interior and exterior of our 1950s home. He brought our vision to life following my aesthetic and inspiration.Every meeting was so valuable! We could sleep that night confident that together we had made the right decisions about grout colour, tile, cabinet colours, layout, etc. The peace of mind and confidence we had that we were spending money in the best way on the design we wanted most was huge! There was no guessing, hemming and hawing, or worries about making mistakes.Another benefit of working with Chad is the personal relationships he has made with local businesses. It was so helpful to have his recommendations on where to shop and who to talk to. We had excellent customer service wherever we went and we often had Chad meet us at local businesses to help with selecting product and answering the salesperson's questions on our behalf.The custom renovation is beautiful, functional and exactly what we wanted, but better! Highly recommend! We will work with Chad again the future on other projects.

Chad guided us on the build of our new home. Working with Chad was so fun that it wasn’t like work at all. He helped us navigate all the different options and offered fantastic solutions when we got stuck. Chad met us where we were in taste and budget and achieved a design that we were and still are excited about. We would work with Chad again in a heartbeat….

Chad was really great to work with. He let me bring and discuss all my own ideas and then either edited when needed or brought new ones to the table to get a really great result. Very good at collaboration and our home turned out feeling very true to my personality.

We have relied on Chad for design help for over 20 years. He is excellent at considering a person’s budget, long term needs, and offering solutions. We really can’t speak highly enough of him. He will tell us if something could be updated or changed. He then give options to do so. We really appreciate his honesty and integrity. It has been consistent and unwavering.

Chad helped us with getting blinds - the blinds are beautiful. We had one issue with one of the blinds and after some back and forth Chad was helpful with a solution. Chad is talented and has a great eye for design; my only constructive criticism would be that he will not admit when he has been in the wrong.
