Ray's NOFRILLS Lethbridge

Grocery Stores
Hours: Ray's NOFRILLS Lethbridge is a well-stocked grocery store that offers a good selection of items in a smaller, easy-to-navigate space. Customers appreciate the reasonable prices and find it convenient to get to compared to larger stores like Superstore. The store is known for its friendly and helpful staff, with many noting good customer service and staff who are knowledgeable and accommodating. Despite being located in an area with some foot traffic and homeless population, the store maintains cleanliness and order. The updated self-checkout system has received mixed reviews; some find it less efficient and wish it allowed shopping carts or had staff assistance for faster service. Parking can be challenging, and the area around the store is not the easiest to travel through. Some customers have experienced safety concerns, but staff members have been praised for their quick and caring responses in situations where customers felt unsafe. Overall, Ray's NOFRILLS is considered a good grocery option, especially when items are in stock, offering a friendly shopping environment with attentive staff.
