While I’ve had good experiences with the service centre I can’t warn people away from the sales team enough. From bullshit sales tactics like getting you to sign a piece of paper saying you’ll buy the vehicle if “the numbers work” to continually trying to push me past the hard budget I set and communicated. They offered 30% less than any other dealership on trade as well.

Connor and Rick were very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process of buying my Hyundai Elantra. Very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase a vehicle for a great price, in a no-pressure environment. 10/10 thanks guys!

So if you want the to advocate for you call them out on google and the might, just might do their job. They got me my warranty deposits back the day after I did my first update on this review. When the called me back to tell me they were cutting a check the finished the conversation by asking me if I could change my google review because that “really hurts us.” I told them I would change it. So my review is now two stars vs the original one because it was bought by my deposit that should have been dealt with properly in the first place.
In conclusion if anything about this dealership seems off here’s what you do.
1. Never give up. They are hoping that you will give up and drop it so they don’t have to do the work.
2. If the Advisors don’t help go to the manager, and if that doesn’t go to corporate.
3. REVIEWS HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE SO PUBLICLY CALL THEM OUT.

Their even slimier then I originally though possible.
They conveniently lost the pictures of my paint job that is flaking off that they took at 48,000 km (by the way warranty runs out at 50). They won’t work with warranty if the work has been done at a different Hyundai dealership they will not call to find out what the other dealership did nor will they assist you in anyway that inconvenience them. They do not try explain to you what they are doing to your car and if they give you any answer they will speak to you in the most condescending way imaginable.
I got my car fixed at Hyundai Kelowna (amazing people btw) and they fixed my transmission. When I got back to Lethbridge I had the engine lights come back on. Had to go to the Kelowna store to have that work added onto the original warranty claim. Then my light came on again and now I have to pay AGAIN because the faulty oil pressure sensor that came new with the brand new transmission failed. They don’t even try to assist you with warranty unless they are threatened by another dealership or Hyundai cooperate. I was also told that anything that fails on this new transmission will be a new claim every time.

I will never recommend this place to anyone ever. The name Integrity is a lie, much like every single one of their salespersons and management. They will not respect any warranty claims.

Gerry was great! Very honest and up front. Very easy to talk to. We did not feel pressured into a sale - they encouraged us to look around at other vehicles and dealerships before making a decision. My husband and I were both at our initial meeting, and he spent much of his time talking to me - as the primary driver of the new vehicle, I really appreciate that. We certainly would purchase from this dealership again.

We had the best experience with Taylor! She was able to provide us information regarding the car and the trade-in possibilities! She kept in contact with us through out the whole process making it very easy and all together a pleasure. It was such an amazing experience all together and the customer service was spectacular! I sent a message online to inquire about a vehicle that is out of stock in calgary. They gave me a steal of a deal quote and were willing to ship it to my home in calgary for free. They were extremely helpful and informative. 10/10. Connor and Rick are worth driving several hours to buy at this location.
