To all RV and motorhome travelers. I want to put in a warning to anyone in the Lethbridge area, if you are looking for repairs to your unit, Do Not Take it to Lethbridge RV and services. They did some work on my motorhome last October before I headed south to Arizona, and I also purchased a backup camera from them, which they installed. one day across the border and the backup camera stopped working,and then it worked for a day and quit again, for the 6 months i was gone it came on 3 times. once I got back to lethbridge it started working again. I was also having generator issues, it was running rough. I told them about the camera and the lady in the office said, oh I have heard complaints about them, she said they don't all work internationally, so they sold me a backup camera , knowing I was heading to Arizona for 6 months. She said she would find me a better one and would refund my money on the one they sold me, I agreed, but she couldn't get it for a couple of weeks, but I couldn't wait that long. had to be in BC by a certain date. we then decided that as long as it was working in canada, I would get the new one when I came back to lethbridge. At the same time, they were working on my generator, it had a new spark plug put in already. the fuel pump wasn't working, they replaced that, and still generator was running very rough. so they said it has to be the carburetor, it could be nothing else. I purchased the carburetor, they installed it, now generator is running way worse, and keeps stalling out. 1100.00 later I still have no generator and they have no idea. So I went and purchased an inverter and had them install it so I could have some power. One day after he installed the inverter, now my batteries will not charge over 12.5, and no current showing, they always charged up to 13.8 to 14 volts. all 3 of my batteries are new, 6 months old, 2 of the 3, i purchased from them. So I took it back and he checked it out, turns out he had crossed some wires and blew a fuse. he corrected that, that didn't last two days, now will not charge again. I have a solar panel and even running my motorhome, will not charge. now i have to get someone else to fix his mistakes.
Back to the generator, i found a place that specializes in generators.
DTR Services, huge shout out to them, they were great. 1st thing he asked me was did they do any trouble shooting, no they didn't. he took the time out of his very busy day to trouble shoot my generator and after checking everything, he came to the conclusion it's in the motor of the generator. So the whole generator needs to be pulled out and gone through. I had already been detained in Lethbridge for over a week, could no longer wait for more repairs. he wrote me up everything he found wrong. also now the backup camera has completely stopped working.
I went back to Lethbridge RV, showed the lady looking after things there, what DTR had found out, she didn't care. I told her that the backup camera was no longer working and wanted my money back. Now she will no longer warranty it. so we had words. They do not stand behind their work or the products they sell. So now I am out all this money and got nothing to show for it. They don't even deserve 1 star. more like -5 stars.

Henk Indenbosch Is the owner of this dealership and I highly recommend what he and his service repairman do, this service was completed for me last minute and he was able to supply me and install hard to find parts in a timely manner of under 24 hours, cannot recommend enough on the Friday of the May long weekend 2024.

Henk was wonderful to interact with, however, we brought in our second hand trailer that needed some work. We asked him to check and pack/replace bearings, check/replace brakes, and fix a piece of flooring to ensure that the trailer was safe on the road. We told him that we're not too worried about anything else at this time, and in fact we planned to do much of the restore ourselves. We asked him to call us if any other work was needing to be done for safety purposes. He called and asked if we would like a new battery, to which we agreed. When I went to pick up the trailer, I was stuck with a $3000.00 bill. He took the liberty to replace lights and fix wiring, and many unnecessary items. Even items that I had already purchased to put them in ourselves.
To top it all off, one of the few actual items we had asked to be done, was still not done. We are going to have to take our trailer in to get the brakes adjusted to make sure that trailer is safe.
Would not recommend.
Edit: The brake control on the truck is maxed out at ten, and the trailer still does not have brakes. After reaching out to another service centre, they said that the brakes on trailer need to be adjusted and/or replaced.
