Visited the store for the first time recently. The lady who helped me was extremely friendly and went above and beyond for us. I was looking to match thread with a very unique colour fabric; the lady took the time to help me and went through many different types of thread with me until we found a close match. On top of that, I had my busy 1 year old with me, so the lady let her play with one of their sample stuffed toys. The service I received was excellent. I most definitely will be visiting again in the future! Thank you for the great experience.

I recently bought a used vintage Singer from a lady. This machine had a sticker stating it was serviced very recently (within 1 week when I purchased it) from Lethbridge Sewing Centre. I service old manual machines myself so was very shocked to see that there had been nothing done on this machine. It was dirty and there was not a drop of oil anywhere. It simply had not been serviced. Of course I had to explain this to the seller (who does not know much about sewing machines) Because of this the price dropped significantly. Although this scam did not affect me I serviced the machine and got a darn good deal on it, the seller paid for the service she did not get. She got a much lower price for her machine. This is dishonest business practice. If you do not want to service old machines then just say no!

Went in looking for some denim thread for hemming jeans. The lady I spoke to on the phone was really helpful, and when I went in it was the same lady who helped me find what I needed. It's a very cool store, they have tons of different sewing machines and lots of fabric! ? They didn't have the doll making needles I needed, but they pointed me to where I could find them in town

Disappointed in this store. I phoned and spoke with Brenda and asked for help with my older Jenome. She would not help me because I did not buy my machine there. She suggested I go elsewhere for help. She couldn't give a darn if I had issues. That is a great way to lose customers. I will never shop there again nor will I recommend this place. Perhaps a course in people skills would help too.

Rude and dismissive. Even after I called before coming here. Feel it was probably racism. Won't be supporting this business. I checked my phone call history and am 100% sure I was told to come here in person. My phone history shows it was the last place I called. So I am pretty sure they sent me away because I am Indigenous.

Amazing store with so much selection. The ladies there were super knowledgeable and friendly! I went in with no idea what I was doing or wanting. The lady asked me what I was looking for and provided really good feedback and advice. She even showed me how to thread the needle and fill up the bobbin. She was absolutely amazing, and I wish I caught her name.If you are looking for advice or any sewing needs, please make this your first stop! As well, if you are buying a sewing machine and are inexperienced like me, they offer free lessons for as long as you own the machine you buy from them!! Appointment based of course, but such a wonderful service!I got a sewing machine, thread, scissors and a gift bag for $410! So happy! I can't wait to try it out and get making things!!Thank you!!!

Thank you to Lethbridge sewing centre and Deb for the beginner quilting class. Just finished my first quilt and it was a very enjoyable experience.
The staff helped me pick the fabrics which I would not have thought to put together but I love the finished result
