Went for a pedicure, all she did was put my feet in the water, used the exfoliating stick for three times on each heal, and painted the toes. Will not go back!

DO NOT GET A PEDICURE!!! me and my friend went and got a pedicure and the lady destroyed our big toes to the point they were bleeding and sore, went to the doctor four days later and it was infected. my friends toenail fell off.

I was not very impressed. Went for a pedicure with 2 friends. They did get us in quickly, which was great.... but that's about where the greatness stopped.
There wasn't really anywhere to take off our shoes, but we figured it out. The footbath was barely warm, like pee warm. Our feet were only in the water for like a minute or less before being taken out. The foot file to get off the calluses was super light, not enough to get off dry skin. Next followed her ripping my old gel polish off (which found out after there was an extra charge for) Then came her soaping my feet... or mostly my one shin. There was no massage at all. Both my technician and the one next to mine were totally turned in their chairs to watch the TV. The water almost got warm as she rinsed (most of) the soap off. There was no lotion used at all. Wanted regular polish, but all the colors I was give to look at were gel apparently. My legs are super itchy where the soap was left on my skin. I will not go back. Just search their name on Lethbridge and Area Roast and Toast. I have stopped going. The owner (mostly) will hit the TIP key as you are about to pay. Often their machine is down and you have to go get cash from the machine in the mall (comes with a $3 - or maybe $4 service fee. The prices they charge as not always as posted in store. Ask first!

Booked an appointment on the phone and asked for the price for gel filling. They told me the price and then they charged me $20 more. I mentioned the price they told me on the phone and they totally ignored it. Not a serious bussiness.

I like my nails and the staff have great customer service. They’re polite and check to make sure you’re happy throughout the process. I would give them 5 stars but I found the price a bit high for the products. Their colours aren’t as pigmented as Ive experienced at other places and require quite a few coats and still is not completely solid. Otherwise though my experience there was good.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst possible experience of my life. Showed a picture of what I wanted and they said they could do it. Next thing I know they put the acrylics all on crooked, completely wrong shade of colors than what wanted, left my nails so thick and crooked and didn't listen to a thing I said. I'd I wanted them to change something they completely ignored me. Their sign says for a full set is $30 bucks but I had to pay a freaking $63 and then they had the nerve to ask me to leave a tip. Absolutely not!! Do not come here! And to top it all off they charged my mother in law $30 bucks to just clip her cuticles and then they cut her finger??

Unimpressed. Hate the look of my nails. Wanted long slender rounded French manicure. Got short thick and square one. Won't be back. Ok update: been 3wks to the day and my right ring finger nail just popped off. Like it was a press on. Now have to have all removed and redone. Worse set ever.
