Recently visited store and encountered a very unprofessional and rude staff. Last Saturday, I had a bad experience when there were issues cutting fabric. The staff's comments were unnecessary and unhelpful. This experience has unfortunately led me to decide not to shop there again.

I can’t say enough good things about the quality of the fabrics and the excellent customer service given. I haven’t been sewing very long and the girls have helped me since the beginning on picking fabrics and coordinating colours or any other questions I might have. A business can be good on its own but it’s the staff that make it excellent.
