I recently took our 2022 Nissan Rogue into MacDonald Nissan to have three recalIs looked after. I have never been a fan of dealerships, but I have to say that the experience I had at MacDonald Nissan was different. The service guy was welcoming and cordial. He made me feel like a valued customer. All of the sales people were friendly. They were helpful in answering my questions, but not pushy. You guys are doing things right. Keep up the good work.

The service department is the best experience I have ever had with getting my car serviced. They are super nice and helpful, and knowledgeable. Even answered a question I had about my car. Will definitely be coming back when I need my oil changed and more.

Bought my most recent vehicle used from here. Great experience purchasing but the follow up is why I'm writing the review. The truck had a funny idle issue and they put in hours of labour diagnosing it and exhausting all options to give me piece of mind at no charge. They also almost always washed the truck and gave it a wipe down inside which is above and beyond. I've had other dealerships treat me much more poorly. The staff actually looks happy to be at work too. I'll buy here again if I can.

I just had a super service appointment at McDonald Nissan. My car was expertly serviced and beautifully detailed- I picked up a repaired and super clean vehicle on time with all work clearly explained to me!

Just moved to town and needed to find a new dealership with my Juke. I am beyond happy with the service, pricing and staff. Will be happy to return for future services.
Updated. Came for an oil change today(jan 6/26) and this service department is still top notch in customer service, pricing and cleanliness. Will be back for all future services i cant do myself.

Staff at McDonald Nissan were great! I spoke with Rod and he was extremely helpful, always informing us of what was happening with the car as they came across what was causing the problem. Thank you so much! You really helped us out during a very stressful week.

Excellent service! It was easy to book an appointment and when I arrived Rodney in service knew exactly what I was there for. He asked me if I needed anything else done without trying to upsell me on additional service. Work was done by the time promised, my car had been washed and the front mats vacuumed. While I was waiting the owner was in the showroom and stopped for a coffee and a chat. Overall great experience!

Service department wasn't interested in helping me because I wasn’t in their system. I’m a new customer in the area and called looking for a ballpark on a repair. “Sorry I can’t help you” click. Just looking for a new alternator but will keep looking for a shop in the area.

My wife and I had a great experience buying our car from McDonald Nissan. I found a vehicle that was within our budget on their website and sent a message. Ali Raza was very helpful when he responded. He worked with us as we found a time to visit the dealership and had the car ready for a test drive when we arrived. He explained everything about the vehicle and our potential financing options. I feel great about working with McDonald Nissan and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.
