I've had a locker at Mini Mall for quite a few years and thus witnessed a change in ownership-- As a consistent full year payee, I was able to receive a discount for doing so under past policies. I have been informed new ownership no longer accepts full year payments nor offer a discount. Also the cost of storage seems to be increasing incrementally more frequently. I think there is room to improve perhaps looking to previous policies and why the previous approach was more attractive to clientele?

When I initially began to use their service, it was great.
However, near the end, began to not be able to get a hold of anyone at the office by phone. When I went to the office in person it would be closed, even though the sign said it was open and it was during their posted office hours.
A few months before I terminated my service, they increased my rental fee without giving me any notice.
The call center staff were amazing and overall very helpful.

The staff is very helpful and kind. Rent is decent compared to other rental facilities. The rental is clean and has security in place to protect your belongings.
