Stay away from mint if you value your vehicle period. Gah! I just went through yesterday for their 12 washes for $18 promo, and now I am missing hubcaps and a front bumper cap!!! I called in and an employee told me they would check the 'tunnel' at the end of the night and call me if they found anything. No call yet today, so I called in again just now, and another employee checked the note and it was written that they 'didn't find anything.' Somehow I find this so hard to believe! I'm thinking this might happen to a lot to people. I honestly expected mint to have a bin full of parts that those machines beat off of vehicles. Anyone else have this experience?? I am planning to escalate if I can for at least a refund, but what else can I do?? Hubcaps could potentially sell for $50 plus if an employee had sticky fingers. If they don't find anything, O am out $300! When they signed me up, I was unaware of the risks I would take and unaware of the terms and conditions. I signed no waiver. They need to be held accountable as this is unacceptable. Not to mention the micro abrasions on my windshield and finish. The brushes must be so dirty! Shame on whoever is in charge of providing better service. Ugh so frustrating!

I recently had an issue with Mint Smart Wash that I feel compelled to share. I was charged an extra $9-$10 for a wash membership I never authorized. I specifically signed up for a CoolMint wash package, but when I checked my bank account, I found an unexpected charge for a higher-level membership. When I reached out to customer service, I was disappointed with the lack of clarity. There was no prior notification or consent requested for this charge. It's frustrating to deal with a situation where my account is charged more than expected, especially for a service I didn't sign up for. I would advise anyone considering this service to be extra cautious about the billing practices and ensure you're only paying for what you actually authorized. I'm currently waiting for the company to resolve this issue and issue a refund.

I am very satisfied with their work. Very tentative and experienced workers.

Nice car wash with complementary vacuum. Would be 5 star but lacks a wand wash option. Sometimes I get my truck beyond dirty.

So disappointed in the washes here. I drive a Jeep and was told it’s my responsibility to tell them to keep the back brushes on as it senses the back spare tire and turns the brushes off automatically. This was after months of it being great and always washing well. Before I was told this, I had gone through a couple times to see if it would make a difference, and I now have their soap baked onto the back side of my vehicle and it won’t come off in other car washes. I’ve since cancelled my membership even after I was told I shouldn’t because “prices will go up and not be unlimited after renovations are completed”.

Will never return to this car wash again. Paid 21.50 for a car wash, however my front end and windshield was still covered in bugs.
When I returned, the clerk told me there are signs all over stating they don't offer rewashes for bugs, bugs are not covered.
So I wasted 21.50 there and had to go to traditional car wash anyway.
Will not ever return, very displeased with the service and lack of resolution to my voiced concern.
In response to a prebug wash being available, I"m wondering why that was not used then?
My vehicle did not get pre-sprayed for bugs, had that been used I could accept all bugs wouldn't have been removed. However, no one sprayed my vehicle on Monday peior to going through car wash.

Curtious staff, clean premises and it does a great job for a reasonable price.

More than a dozen very powerful vacuums provided free of charge to the general public in addition to their automatic car wash. I have visited a couple of times to vacuum the entire car even though I do not use the car wash. I thought that deserved kudos!

I paid for the most expensive wash today and my car was as dirty as it went in. $25 + in the trash ?

First time here and thought it was great. The automatic car wash did a pretty good job, and where it missed they provide towels to dry and wipe of any missed areas. There are also vacuums for use, and a mat washing station. If I lived in Lethbridge I would get the monthly unlimited wash package.

Took my car here twice, both times the wash was unable to clean both the front end (bugs) and back end of my car, leaving dirty streak marks all around my car. Not worth your money visiting this place.
