“Wireless Wave park place Mall 247 1067I went in to Wireless Wave, Lethbridge, for a new phone and plan. Nancy, the manager was there to help. She was absolutely fabulous. She went over the prices of my provider and the other ones. The plan I was on was still the best plan for what I needed. We picked my phone and she then went on to patiently down load one phone to the other. I am a senior that is technically challenged but she did all she could to get everything done. There was a challenge with my car app because I didn't have my password. My husband was so impressed with Nancy he ended up changing his 20 year old plan for one she recommended. “Hands down the BEST place in Lethbridge to get a cell phone case. My husband and I were there last week and both got a otter box symmetry case with the front glass to protect the screen. The clerk was SO nice I lost his card and have been meaning to leave a review for days!! He was so awesome and funny and honest. He put the glass on for us, gave us a great price and sold quality product. He is way cheaper than the other kiosk by winners - highly recommend. “Excellent service!!! I joined Rogers a few weeks ago, when Bell jacked up my price on my cell phone, provided incorrect information, and refused to change my plan. It takes alot for me to switch, I don't switch for nobody! Well, I did.. then it got worse....Rogers is very hard to get a hold of, there is 99 people waiting on the chat, poor service from the corporate level, and poor hours for customer service, and wait times for customer service.
I even had a Rogers telemarketer call me to offer a Rogers plan, I was really happy to talk to someone to resolve my issues. However, he hung up on me when he found out I was a new existing customer.
I walked into the Rogers Store at Park Place Mall, and met Bella who solved everything. She switched me to an AMA preferred plan, it beat out the student plan, saved me money, advised me of some hidden Rogers fees, and was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
Way to go Bella!!!??!?? So, Rogers, why can't all your customer service agents be trained like the awesome Bella??”
