“I worked with Matthew today and he is proficient at his job and I always have good experience at this office. He always makes sure I know all my options and figures out what is the best for my needs when I have any questions about service, warranty, plan options.”

Costco wireless kiosk, 3200 Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge AB T1K 6Y6
“We bought 2 new phones and contracts at the Lethbridge Costco Wireless Kiosk. We had the pleasure of having Greg assist us with getting the phones and contracts setup. Greg was friendly, patient with us and gave us great detailed information on the plans and phone options. Greg got us the best deals according to our needs. Highly recommend asking for Greg! Give him a raise!”

“This place…I can’t give it enough stars! The gentleman that helped my husband and I with Otter Box cases for our iPhone 13 Pro Max went above and beyond. My husband found a case he wanted pretty quick, but I was a bit more picky. This man, (I’m sorry that I didn’t catch your name), took out sooo many cases for me to go through until I found the perfect one. He really went above and beyond and it was so appreciated!I would recommend this place 100%!”

“Huge HUGE shoutout to their rep Karissa for her help with mine and my wife’s problem! Came in super stressed (and quite angry) and she had us leaving with smiles on our faces. We need more people like her !! Highly recommend coming in to see her bright face”

“This was an incredible experience of professional help for my phone and then being able to upgrade despite 5 months left on my contract. The staff are always helpful and do not make you feel dumb. They always do their best and you walk away knowing if you have a tech issue with your phone they will help with a smile and know how.”

Park Place Mall, 501 1 Ave S, Lethbridge AB T1J 4L9
“Hands down the BEST place in Lethbridge to get a cell phone case. My husband and I were there last week and both got a otter box symmetry case with the front glass to protect the screen. The clerk was SO nice I lost his card and have been meaning to leave a review for days!! He was so awesome and funny and honest. He put the glass on for us, gave us a great price and sold quality product. He is way cheaper than the other kiosk by winners - highly recommend. Will only buy cases from here from now on - thank you for the excellent customer service! you gained 2 new customers for life!”

“Was dealing with a somewhat stressful phone/eSIM issue and was directed to my local Koodo store by the online support team. Came to the Koodo store in Park Place Mall and was helped by Silas, who was incredibly kind and reassuring. He quickly fixed the issue, explained what had happened, and made me feel a lot less anxious that I had done something wrong to cause the situation (thankfully, it was just tech being tech, not user-error!). Really appreciate the help and great service, thank you Silas!”
