Came in for a return since the online boots I ordered broke before I even put them on and the girl at the front could not do it had to wiat for someone that is understandable so she calls up someone not once not twice but 3 separate times I am stuck waiting there for 18 minutes for someone I can hear laughing from the back to come up. When she comes up she is in the middle of the return one trying to get me to keep them saying we can do a small discount on top to keep busted shoes when I gad already told her multiple times no and then keeps moving for people clock in on her computer when I have already been waiting by this point over 25 minutes and now taking extra time to use this computer rather than the one that is not being used on the otherwise. Proceeds to give me the money back in the form of payment I paid with thinking I would put my card I used in the machine and get it back there or if not then at most 24 hours ish no I am then told verbally and sent an email it will take 14-20 buissness days for a large amount of money to get back to me. I have never heard anything taking that long and says nothing I can do and walks away. Rude and unprofessional not quality of products I remember and paid a bug amount for something that broke the moment I picked it up would nit come back from how I was treated and the products I honestly would rather go to calgary atleast I have a chance at finding something in store and seeing if it works rather than ordering it and waiting weeks if it doesn't work out
