I do not recommend using this company, at all. MLR was responsible for a property over a long period of time and disregarded all requests. The property was supposed to be non-smoking without pets. Upon further inspection of the property after terminating the agreement with MLR, cigarette burns were found on the carpet along with foul cat urine odor. The cat odor was somehow masked during the inspection with MLR but after a week, the smell returned and it is so bad the carpet will most likely need to be replaced. This company only cares about getting tenants in regardless of their situation (ability to afford the rent) so they can collect their fees. If you decide you want to rent out a property of yours, stay clear of MLR!EDIT:The response below from MLR is a prime example of how they dance around issues. The issues with the tenants placed in the house were long before the pandemic began, and its disappointing that COVID19 was used as an excuse. Handing over the keys went well however, problems such as pet odor, cigarette burns and smashed doors were not addressed at that time, instead later on while cleaning the house ourselves. I stand by my rating and review.
