Subway Auto will now be my go-to service center. I would highly recommend this place. Not only are the staff friendly and very helpful, they work together as a well-oiled machine, and that's just the front reception area! I believe that to be true of the mechanics, in the back area, as well. They did a thorough inspection and were able to resolve all of the issues found. I definitely left with the peace of mind that I was hoping for unlike a previous service center that had left me with more questions than answers and many doubts as to capability. I look forward to many more years with Subway Auto and keeping my Saturn Vue Hybrid roadworthy for as long as possible! Thanks to all.

The best mechanic in lethbridge!! I’ve used 3 other mechanic shops before Subway Automotive for my food truck, there were always issues coming up after the visits, but not this time, not with Subway Automotive! Tim and his team took such great care of my truck, we finally felt safe driving it on highway again.
Thanks Subway Automotive!! ? I’ll definitely recommend you to anyone I know!

I cannot recommend this place enough.
The team was attentive, honest, and so helpfull.
Here is our story :
My boyfriend and I came because our car was leaking a lot of oil and we came in a hurry.
We are travelling and sleeping in our car so with it not working we were actually without a place to sleep or to go.
After talking with mike, he accepted to let us sleep in the parking before taking our car the day after.
Being stranded in the town and having nowhere to go, mike called someone who wasn’t working that day to come and deal with the repairs and then proceed to finish the same day!! They saved us a lot of trouble. (And hotel money)

Not really satisfied. I brought my car couple weeks ago due to a “misfire” on a cylinder, they took my car and did a diagnose and recommend to change “spark plugs” and “intake housing” so they proceeded to change it.
After two weeks later my car was having a rough idle, jerk and not enough power when you accelerated, so I bring it back to the shop, they diagnosed again and recommended change coils, and they proceeded to replace it.
Now my car still rough idle and jerk (but no “check engine” this time). Honestly, they don’t know how to find the main issue or did a bad diagnostic because the problem with my car still occurring, I’m not bring it back to pay for a 3rd diagnosis and paying for repairs that is not gonna fix the problem.
Honestly feel very upset after spending $1,980 for spark plugs, intake housing and coils changed and my car still not running properly

I’ve been to Subway a couple of times now and they have been fantastic to work with. The first vehicle I brought in for diagnosis had a blown engine, which the technician spent a thorough amount of time diagnosing and sent me pictures of the issues. They were very open and honest about the issue and what it would cost, and there was no pressure to do anything. I just brought a different vehicle in for tires, and they found a few things wrong but once again didn’t pressure me to get any work done. I consider myself relatively car savvy, and I can usually sense when I shop is trying to rip me off, that’s not the feeling here at all. Im bringing any automotive work I can’t do myself to Subway from now on.

Everyone is very kind and patient with explaining the answers to all of my questions. There is an atmosphere of respect and expertise that I really appreciate in addition to the great work they did on my car. I am recommending Subway to everyone who expresses they need their car serviced!

I am so grateful for the staff at Subway Automotive. They managed to fit my car in on a tight timeline, provided a condition report that is thorough and easy to understand, were transparent about costs and timelines, and within two days got my car diagnosed and fixed up. Not to mention when I came in to pick up my car the total came in under what was quoted and agreed to over the phone. Amazing. A special shout out to Brody and AJ, thank you for getting me road safe again!

Just moved from out of province to Lethbridge. Didn’t know any auto service shops. I was referred by my insurance agent to NAPA/Subway. I need to get a provincial vehicle inspection done. Finding a new and good service shop can be pretty stressful. Tim the owner walked me thru the process and they were very detailed in their inspection report.
My other car needed a leaky tire repair and an oil/filter change. They couldn’t accommodate the same day but got to it first the thing the next day. Shuttle service is a nice touch too. They are very thorough and detail in their work to keep you in touch with the condition of your vehicle.
I had a squeaky brake pedal and the tech just took care of it without request. I am pretty impressed and would recommend them to people that just moved here to Lethbridge if they are looking for a good service shop.

Amazing costomer service. They went above and beyond what I've experienced from other shops. And they did a great job communicating. As well as providing an informative report, complete with videos of the issues in question. Would most definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service. Love the green/yellow/red work orders. I get all the information I could ask for in a really digestible format. All work is done to a very high standard. Extremely trustworthy!
