While I was scanning my stuff the person who was working at self checkout came and asked me if I’m interested in getting Walmart master card. I said no thank you. He said “you will get $45 and agin said no thank you. I paid came out and parked my cart near McDonald’s. found out I forgot my one stuff went back to ask him. He watched me walking out from the check out but didn’t bother to call me and give my stuff instead he gave to his co-worker. His intention was questionable.No hate but you people needs to do better.

I used the Walmart photo lab to print next-day posters and after receiving an email that they were ready, a family member went to go pick them up.
The employee behind the counter was adamant that the order was not there—because she couldn’t find my name in the system. She went to the back to look, but didn’t see it.
She refused to help further, even refusing to look at the order number on the confirmation email that I’d received. I had to call customer service, who took the order number and my name and were able to find the order quickly. Now I have to make another trip in for an order that was ready in the first place. Not very impressed!

Hello! Last evening I received exceptional service From a gentleman working in the meat department at the Lethbridge Northside Walmart. His name is Brian, I believe. He went over and above by helping me find salsa in the nearby aisles, even though he was busy putting meat into one of the coolers. I so appreciate his willingness to help. Well done Brian!

The only exception was the cashier. Went I went into electronics I got no help and when I asked for help the lady just stood there. Another lady, I think a sales rep helped me and she didn’t even work here. This store has the worst customer service. I’ll stick to north side location.

I would give 0 stars if I could considering the workers at the self checkout will rush to click the 5 star button after you leave and don't give a review. Since then I have always been giving negative reviews at self checkout and always see a worker ready to come over as I'm leaving.

During my last visit I found multiple items placed in the cheaper racks, so you would think you're buying a $7 battery but it would be $10 at the checkout, or a $16 bicycle light that's actually $40. It wasn't a single item accidentally put back incorrectly, between 4 and 10 items for the products I found in the wrong spots.Other than that, I often find what I'm looking for there, and mostly for decent prices...
