A sad shell of the store it used to be!!!Overpriced supplements 90% of the store. All the food is almost non existent. The staff at the HIDEOUS checkouts are sullen and act like you buying something is a bore. As someone who's shopped there since the day they first opened at their original location, this store is a WASTE of space and won't last 24 months.

What is going on with the customer service at this store? it's worse than ever. Sales people used to care at least a bit more before. Now is like they look at you and they couldn't care less. Bad customer period. I rather drive more and get what I need.

Horrific customer service. Far better choices in the city that have cheaper and better quality products. I'd rather get my supplements from the dollar store then come here.

Absolutely the worst customer service of any store in Lethbridge. I only go there when I go with my husband, which is very rare, although he has spent hundreds of dollars at your store, I truly wish he would find somewhere else to shop!

Well... I tried to communicate with the manager prior to making a review, alas no response to my email means it's review time.I had the most AWFUL experience whilst looking for a product they apparently no longer carry (nbd, obviously this happens). After the woman (who in the past also made me wonder if I wanted to shop there anymore after using the "r" word as a descriptive) told me they no longer carried it I took a moment to scan and see if I needed anything else, I was also planning on grabbing a kombucha and possibly some other things while I was there.Whilst scanning and trying to focus she then returned and very aggressively stated "I told you, we no longer carry it!"What in the actual %$#@ ??ANYWAY. That was super yuck, perhaps customer service isn't her strong suit? Please explain to your staff that their job is to help people spend money in the store, not to drive them away. Also perhaps since it's 2023 we should maybe not be using "retarded" as a descriptive word with customers anymore?Ok byeee

Literally just watched Nutters staff throw 2 entire pallets on-top of homeless people while they were sleeping. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Consider shopping at a store that actually cares about our vulnerable community members.

Have shopped at Nutters for years. The selection has changed over the years from mostly bulk foods but they still carry some great products. Prices are higher but I feel that the products are worth it. Cannot find many of the products any place else in Lethbridge.

Have spent thousands of dollars here in the last few years, but no more... not one more cent... I'm tired of being treated poorly, staff who used to greet me by name with a smile, greet me with disdain from behind their masks. Used to be my go go place for gluten free treats now it's going to be purple carrot where they still know how to treat customers with respect.
