Happy enough with the tires and installation. But not happy that the tires were manufactured in 2023 (week 44). I had ordered the tires ahead of time and booked an installation. When I got there I checked with the fellow helping me that the tires were recently manufactured, and he assured me that they run through enough tires that they never have any problem getting tires that were recently manufactured. When I came back at the appointed time I found that the tires were somewhat stale. I complained and was passed onto another employee who assured me that this was fine. I explained that I was changing my tires because I was told by another tire shop that they couldn’t install my old tires because they were 10 years old. I explained that I don’t drive much, and I didn’t want my tires to expire early (with 4423installed 2425, I would lose more than a year and a half. The fellow didn’t care, and offered no solution. I was prepared to take 6month old tires, but it seems unreasonable for a shop in business of supplying tires to shave more than 15% of practical life from my purchase, when the first guy had assured me the tires would be fresh. Seems like a fair business would have recognized their error and either offered to replace them with more recently manufactured tires or offered an appropriate discount - they didn’t. I paid the bill and left their establishment dissatisfied. I can’t recommend a business that treats customers this way. Pull up your socks and treat folks right.

Found ourselves in a hard spot after two of our tires fell off of our camper we went there and had tires mounted on the rims with in minutes!

My daughter is going to university in Lethbridge and we live in Okotoks. When her car broke down they helped us out and provided piece of mind. Looked on line as I needed something and it says open Saturdays 9am to 1pm and drove over at 11am just to find out that they were closed . So maybe you should change your website to yhe times that you are open

Went to OKTire Lethbridge, having tire problems like everyone else in winterThese guys checked my tires, inflated them to the correct psi, fixed the problem...which was a valve leak and did not charge me a dimeThe courtesyThe professionalismThe kindness shown was one I hadn't seen in a very long timeI highly recommend!!

You can’t beat this place! The customer service was outstanding! No pressure sales and the work was done very quickly. When I was told how much it cost I was happily surprised. I’m very happy I called OK Tire. I will definitely be going there from now on.

I am happy with the service I got. It's refreshing to not get the high pressure sales. I actually went in wanting the more expensive studded tires and was told the TOYO 6SI were better. (They test drive tires on frozen lakes, so I trusted they actually knew what they're talking about, and I've since had that opinion backed up by another tire expert).Unlike Lethbridge Toyota where you get conned into including winter tires on your new car and pay interest on those for 5 years, only to pick up your car and the winter tires aren't on... OK TIRES was punctual AND showed INTEGRITY.My son wanted to see a picture of the antler they took out of a tire (not mine) so I have included a picture of their foreign object collections.

Every time I leave OK Tire I say to myself that I need to write a review! So here it is. I love this business. They have come to our aid every single time that we’ve needed them to, and when your vehicles are classics, that would be frequently. Kirk and Rob, you guys are amazing and any interactions we’ve had with other employees have also been very professional. Highly recommend them!
