We like to stop at Old Navy when we travel from Medicine Hat to Lethbridge. It's in the Park Place mall and that's very convenient.
We lucked out and arrived when they were having a 50% off sale. I picked up a couple pairs of jeans and a cardigan. Made the trip worth while.
The staff was great! Emily checked us out and was very friendly and helpful. Another staff member helped me find the cardigan.
I've never had a bad experience at this Old Navy.

Store is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. From previous visits and this visit, I find this particular location lacking in variety of their stock for women. Lots of options for active wear, but not a lot of options for other items such as pants/dresses/shirts in comparison with other old navy locations.

I have to commend Old Navy Lethbridge on their customer service! 10/10! I was there yesterday and needed to change my little ones diaper. The girl who was working the fitting rooms went above and beyond, bringing us to the family washroom and making sure it was all clean for us. She also helped me at the checkout and was just the sweetest, genuine person. I also forgot an item there that we had payed for and so I called the store to explain. Went in today and the gentleman who helped me was super understanding and really made light of the situation! Nothing but good things to say about my experience there. Thank you!

I've always been a fan of Old Navy because they have fun clothes at reasonable prices. However, I'm used to the stores being a little bit of a mess and woefully understaffed...not this one!
I'm new to Lethbridge from BC, and this is probably the best Old Navy I've shopped at. The sections are always relatively clean and organized - as much as they can be kept like that while being such a busy store - with the tables having things folded nicely and everything hanging mostly in its correct area, making items and sizes easy to find. I was there today and Kayla greeted me right away and offered up her help, I didn't catch the girls name working the fitting room but she was also very friendly, and Colton at the cash register was great. Overall a great vibe in this store, the store manager and their team deserve some kudos from head office if you ask me!

A fun place to shop that won't put a stop on your budget. Lots of variety, great team members, and a convenient location downtown next to the mall. Something is always on sale. I have a hard time not buying more than I need every time I come here.

It's a small Old Navy, so didn't find much selection. They had next season's merchandise out but I was looking for something to wear today, and didn't even have a markdown section with current season clothing.
