I love the idea of this place but every time I bring items in I always feel ripped off, the staff can very unfriendly. Not great customer service!

Costumer service was poor, not friendly at all. Hardly a smile. Brought some decent items, a walker with batteries and works, a baby floor mat, some Halloween costumes (used once) all they offered me was $13 for everything!! Which to me is ridiculous, and I'm mad at myself for saying ok to it. Better off selling some of the items on Facebook.

Employee VK showed nothing but disrespect to my family in front of other customers by belittling us and being arrogant and was consistently being rude thru the process of checking us out

Definitely recommend this store for selling your new and gently used baby clothes. I was compensated fairly for my items and found a couple high quality items in the store for a fraction of the retail price. The consignment process is easy and the staff are friendly. I found this store very organized although a bit overcrowded. Some of the aisles are almost too tight to take a stroller through, but overall I had a great experience here and hope to be back soon!

I’m never disappointed with my visits to Once Upon a Child. Their merchandise is often in like new or gently used condition and is always a great price. This is my go to for toys and clothing and they sometimes even have great bigger ticket items as well.

always happy with what they pay for items. It’s a quick process of consigning clothes and other kids items. The prices they sell everything for are very reasonable as well

I want to give a better review because I love the stores in Calgary, but every time I’ve bought a toy from the Lethbridge location I’m told it’s been tested, but then I bring it home and it doesn’t work properly. It’s so frustrating to think you’re getting a deal on something to find out it’s actually just broken. And the shoe selection is awful and gross, I can’t even believe some of the stuff they accept. Only shop for clothes here.

Took in a huge bag of brand name items and was offered 15.00.. staff was rude and not knowledgeable with brand names. Took the bag to a different location in a different city and got over 100.00. Most of the items in this once upon a child have stains and super faded. Definitely do not recommend.

Visited today looking for a few things including an umbrella stroller. After looking myself I asked the staff behind the counter who replied without even looking at us " I don't know, go look over there. If you don't find any then no." There were multiple staff standing behind the counter who appeared not to really be doing anything. In such a packed unorganized store customer service should be a priority. Will not be returning any time soon.
