I usually have great service, but the last time I visited, Thursday. I had a horrible experience. I was not greeted, or acknowledged. I waited to be served and then someone walked into the store after me and was served before me. When it was my turn to be served the lady barely said two words to me. I was there to pick up a gift and I had to ask to see the item. She just wanted to give it to me so i can be on my way. She was not very friendly and I was not pleased with the service. I felt like I was a bother and she just wanted me to leave. Pandora, you need up your customer service!!!! I've been a customer for many years, and have never been so disappointed with this service! Please do better!

I have been to this store around 4 times now over the past year or so, and every time I’ve been there I have had the best customer service. Very accepting, lovely people, who are extremely dedicated to their job. They are so helpful and lovely. Both mine and my fianceés engagement rings are from there and it always makes me smile.

A lot of different things to select from. Nice, clean and well lighted. Staff was nice and helpful

I just came from the store today and I had the most amazing girl help me. Her name is Mary, it was one of her first shifts and she killed it! I had so much fun chatting with you!

Terrible customer service. Unkempt workers with food in their teeth. Seem to treat younger consumers as targets who don't deserve proper service.

Online ordering is terrible process. Partially cancel an order because they mark it as in stock when it's not but don't allow the customer to cancel the remainder.

Terrible terrible customer service. On two occasions I have ordered something from them and have waited weeks for it to come in. I called a few times and stopped in the store when i have been in the mall. And it was never in. Finally when i called another time it was in. When i asked them if they ever plan on calling people when there stuff comes in and they told me that its up to their manager to call. Being from out of town it would be nice to know that it was in before i drove for nothing or find out its been there this whole time. On a seperate occasion someone else i know ordered a ring before christmas told it would be in for sure before christmas. Now its almost the end of january and it still is not in and they are blaming it on christmas backorder. If thats the case then maybe they should follow up with their customers who have paid to have something brought in. Or not make the promises they cant keep. Chances of buying something from them is not very likley anymore.
