I had a recent order mix up with Skip, so I called Parkside thinking my order with Skip was cancelled. I looked on the Skip app to find they didn't cancel my order so I called Parkside back to cancel my order with them. I told the guy I had my CC on my Skip account so the guy more or less said....order is cancelled! Then hung up on me!!! Not impressed! They just lost a loyal customer!!!
