“I've had many good experiences at this location and today was no exception!
A Playstation game I purchased (but had not played) over a month ago turned out be damaged beyond use - and while it was outside the typical return period I did have my orginal reciept, so I decided to go in and see if I could do a swap.
Lo and behold not only did they honour the inital sticker price they let me walk out with a game worth an additonal 5$ because they did not have the one I bought in stock.
