Amazing experience shopping there. I was visiting from Quebec and needed shoes. They have a great selections for wide foot and if your have large calves. The manager welcomed me like I was a VIP, made me feel so comfortable and was so kind as I was trying boots and shopped for clothes.

There is no where for plus size women to shop in the kootenays. So naturally when I go to to a bigger city and there is a Penningtons, it's one of my first stops. The service here.. didn't feel like service. We were made to feel like family. ♡
