I have a 29 gal planted Aquarium which I purchased from PetSmart. There are some aquatic plants there. Kind of hit and miss with how well the plants do in the aquarium. My success with how long the fish from PetSmart live in the aquarium is pretty limited. (Fish from another local store have been living for 7 months now.). Pet supplies are well stocked and organized. The main reason I'm only giving two stars is because on more than one occasion I have come in to buy fish and there are multiple dead ones in several tanks. The last time I was in I decided there would be no more buying fish there for me. When they get new shipments in (a time when fish are vulnerable to dying) the tanks should be monitored closely and dead fish removed. Perhaps it is also a supplier issue. Again a reason for me to buy elsewhere.

Was quoted a price of $90.00 for a dog shave because they said it is more expensive for him being matted. He is a small shitzu . When we went to pick him up , the bill said $92.00 + $15 for matted, we said you quoted us a price of $90 when you saw him and said it was that high cause he was matted , she said oh well he didn’t like it . Bad business if you don’t keep your word.

Come here often for aquarium related products. Ive always chose to come here rather petland because they have a bigger selection of products and pets.
I give 5 stars, although If I recommend or say one thing its that they need more staff to assist at times. Beside that the staff are very helpful with questions, etc.

They wouldn’t sell my daughter a tetra fish for some weird reason… maybe they didn’t want to take the time to scoop one out. Very unimpressed, so we went elsewhere.

Lisa Main is absolutely the best groomer! She’s incredibly patient and gentle with my Frenchies, Brando and Billie, they adore her!
She always takes her time, makes them comfortable, and they come out looking and smelling amazing every single visit.
It’s so refreshing to find someone who truly cares about the dogs she’s working with, not just getting the job done. You can tell she loves what she does and treats every pup like her own.
We’ll definitely be bringing our other two dogs to her as well. If you’re looking for a groomer who is kind, detail-oriented, professional, and genuinely loves animals, Lisa is the one!
Highly recommend her to anyone who wants their pets in the best hands possible. 🐾💛

I had such an awesome experience at this store! The store manager, Marcella, was an absolute delight, so helpful, patient, and friendly. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect chew toy for my four Frenchies, who are serious chewers. She took her time showing me different options and was such a pleasure to chat with throughout the process.
The grooming staff is also amazing, always professional and they do such a fantastic job with our pups. I honestly wouldn’t take them anywhere else.
All around, this is a wonderful store led by an incredible manager. Thanks so much to Marcella and the team! We’ll definitely continue shopping here for all of our pet needs.

Worst grooming ever!! They told me that my senior dog can’t no longer attend this grooming because apparently my dog cannot stand. They kicked my dog out of the system without having the decency to inform me

The person that helped me was great I have no complaints about that. However…they had used dirty product for sale on the floor, a return the clerk and I assumed. Very unhygienic.

This is my first week in Lethbridge, I am from Ontario. I love it here!! We didn’t have a very big pet store in Dryden or anything on my reserve. This store is huge and has so much variety and selection of everything!! Pet smart has an excellent selection of different tropical fish and accessories. They have reptiles, small animals of all types, they even have cats, rescues mainly up for adoption. It’s great we are helping local animals like this. My daughter wants another cat and if so we would like to get it here. The workers seem friendly and were very helpful!! Chi Miigwetch everybody

This place is a crap shoot. I’ve taken my little guy here around 10 times. Only once, maybe twice was I satisfied with their job. I paid the extra for the deluxe and did not get a bandana, didn’t wash his face well if at all, his nails were trimmed but uneven and weren’t grinded. And not a good cut overall.
Just to note…my boy is terrified of going there and have observed aggressive behaviour from a groomer on another dog. I will not be giving them any more business. I’d rather do it myself.
