Excellent little shop packed with lots of items, even including general cooking ingredients like . Owner is a huge and chill dude happy to help. Other staff I've met have been excellent as well. Highly recommend.

Awesome place . Tbh its the ONLY SPOT IN LETHBRIDGE I purchase my supplements from.Great staff, always helpful. I found that every time I have gone there for either pre-workout , or whey protein powder, they have been super friendly.Popeyes is without a doubt where I will continue to do business with.Great job guys ?
