Short counted my husband by $100, when taking money out at the teller and they aren't recounting it to double check to make sure they are giving the right amount of money.

Horrible customer service! Booked a telephone appointment and nobody even bother to call me for 45 mins until I reached out to main customer service line and a customer service rep contacted the advisor at the branch to let her know I have been waiting for a call for over 40 mins!!! She finally calls but couldn't help at all with my situation. I have only been with RBC not even a week, wasn't expecting outright poor customer service from them.

Post deleted. Problem was fixed and addressed. If you're a business and I have personal dealings with you or reviewed your business or restaurant and it is promptly corrected and I am satisfied, the negative review I give will be deleted. That's is if I am pleased with service or apologies giving. That simple. Treat customers right or satisfy them with a good meal. That simple.

Don’t waste your time in the “drive thru” the atm is forever out of order or unable to deposit or withdraw cash. Might as well remove it at this point.

If I could give 0 starts, I would. Long lines and managers that don't care to help. I was trying to pay for a loan and they would not give me the remaining amount so I could buy another vehicle with cash ( insurance payout ) if the roles were in reverse, they would be hounding me for that money and make men pay interest

Customer service is gone by the wayside. Tellers seem more motivated to do their own thing than to help reduce a long line up. Ultimately, the city would really benefit from a new branch being opened in the right area. Would love to have a new option to go to. Maybe a new bank is the way to go…..

No further registers available at no cost. This is certainly a blow to seniors, some who do not have a computer. They now have to order from Amazon or elsewhere at a cost they cannot afford. Oh that's right, if they don't have a computer, they have to make there own way of recording their purchases or debits at Royal Banks. Many have been clients of Royal Bank for a lifetime. Do something about this oversight. Disgusting!

I was at the RBC on Mayor Magrath on Friday 15th, 2023. I was there to pick up a credit card and now I have had to get another RBC in town to issue me a new card because the lady at the Mayor Magrath deleted the wrong credit card. This is very frustrating.

Tried to make an appt to change and add acct. Went into bank. Nobody at cust service desk. Sign said to go to teller. Line up of 10 people and all offices dark. Went on line to book appt. No spots available. Again because of no staff there. Have been with RBC for 40 years. Looking for another bank, but I see none have great reviews. What happened to customer service????
