Worst tellers and branch ever! I have had RBC for 20 years, and this is the worst experience banking in this location. They always are impolite, don't know anything, and they are rude!

RBC is a terrible bank I hate having an account there... the staff are useless, I find multiple unauthorized withdrawals on my account, it is illegal activity and nothing gets done about it

By far the best environment and pleasant and helpful. Was not given the third degree for pulling money out of MY account not questioned for it at all and they were atleast Happy!

This bank is so friendly and accomodating. I really appreciate the emphasis on Customer Service and client needs. Jordan, Susan, and William were terrific and helped us make sure that our needs were met. Fantastically friendly despite being so busy and extremely knowledge.

I tried to deposit a cheque that was larger than normal, and my entire account was frozen. Even after verifying the cheque and my identification, my account will remain frozen for an entire week and apparently there is nothing they can do?! So i have missed payments because i have no access to my bank account due to either their faulty system or complete incompetence. A very unpleasant experience for such a simple task that every babk iv ever had before had no problem resolving.
