So. Many. Bankers. So little help.
I was in the line for banking and there was one teller helping a line of customers. The gentleman who helped me was courteous, kind and did his job to help me. But the five other bankers including one teller at her desk but not helping customers???
I get that they probably all were busy with their own tasks but if you have a brick and mortar bank with actual customers in your building and the cue is several people deep and only one person actually helping customers in need, you're missing the point of what it means to have a customer facing location. This wasn't even during a noontime or end of day rush, this was at 3:00 pm.

Wish I can give 0 star. Booked an appointment and the teller told me to sit and wait. I ended up waiting an hour and had to walk away since NOBODY HELPED ME. Wouldn’t want to do any business with that kind of service. Worst branch ever.

Poor attitude by the teller named Jordyn. I was called up to the counter but then was told to go stand back in line because she wasnt ready for me yet. I understand mistakes happen but her tone was rude and unproffessional and when she was able to finally assist me she then proceeded to slam stuff around and was very passive aggressive.

Called the bank to ask for a confirmation letter of my RRSP contribution but the guy I've spoke with from Toronto didn't do anything. Waited for almost an hour and was transferred to the local branch in Lethbridge downtown but nobody was answering the phone. Called ATB, and got immediately the same document I was looking for. I will definitely transfer my RRSP to my ATB account since it's due for renewal. Poor customer service.

What a fantastic experience! I believe it was George who helped me on the Frontline. It would be difficult to overstate how efficient, friendly and helpful he was. Thank you RBC - you have a new and loyal customer!

I have been banking with RBC for 20 years and have been depositing the same cheques for 15 years. They are now holding my funds because of new policy. They also recommended I bank where my checks are being printed. Oh yeah tell me to go to another bank! Not professional at all. I will be closing my account asap. Don’t sign up with RBC if you want customer service. It’s not here.

a gentleman named Keith with glasses, dark hair and a blue and white plaid shirt helped me out today for the first time, i had received my credit card through the mail and set it up with another bank but needed help with something. He made it SO smooth and he was absolutely amazing! 10/10 Keith keep it up!
even with my confusing questions and being nervous he didn’t let it phase him at all!!
