Went in to get new boots as I tried red wings new welder boot a year and a half ago and I was not happy at all. Staff was amazing and listened to my concerns and got me into the boot I trusted for years. They applied the tough toe for me and it’s looks amazing. This is why I keep coming back, they know how to take care of their customers!

Surprisingly they won’t take in my boot for repairs. I was asked to send it to a dude in B.C. I thought red wing stores do help repair your boots because of its warranty. So sad

My husband and I recently had a terrible experience at RedWing. We were treated terribly. The one staff member working was not only unhelpful but also super disrespectful. When we asked for assistance, he seemed annoyed and dismissive, making us feel like we were bothering him. We were belittled and highly offended. We expected much better customer service, especially given the reputation of the brand. Overall, we left feeling frustrated and disrespected, and we would not recommend this store to anyone based on our experience.

Great service and staff, great boots. I bought my Iron Rangers from a non-Red Wing store 5 years ago, however; the staff at Red Wing have done a great job taking care of them for me.
I bought a pair of work boots from them that have been great. I also bought a pair of hunting boots that I was having issues with (some pinching in the ankle area) and they punched my boots and now they fit perfect.
I really like the many services they offer, such as repairs, stretching, and cleaning and conditioning, etc. They have been great at answering any questions I have about my boots.
Highly recommend this place.

Highly recommend going an seeing Richard at RedWings! Great customer service , really knows his stuff, very polite and clean store!
The environment is great! Not to often you get awesome customer service anymore !
Definitely will be back to spend more money!

Went in to get the shoes I’ve been wearing for the past 3 years but unfortunately they are discontinued and can’t get them anymore. Richard I believe his name was helped me find a new pair that I liked after probably 30 trips to the back to find the right ones.

The friendly staff at Red Wing were tremendous. My foot is hard to fit and they tenaciously emptied the warehouse trying to help me find the right boot, including bringing in a boot from another warehouse. They showed me they really care about my comfort amd particular needs and i will keep coming back to them in the future.
