I m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received during my purchase today. Unfortunately, I felt ignored by the cashier, Kristina, and sensed a discriminatory attitude. I felt insulted by the experience. When I spoke to the manager, I was further disappointed by their dismissive attitude and perceived defence of the cashier."

8 months pregnant - had a blonde staff member refuse to deal with the giant puddle from snowy boots at the door. Husband went in after me as my daughter had to use the rest room - the blonde staff member was using rude language about me with another staff member. I will NEVER recommend this rexall. Disgusted is an understatement.

THIS PLACE IS SO WILD. So basically, I was walking normally like the average citizen i am, and then SUDDENLY, I CUT MY LEG ON THE CONCRETE BASE OF THOSE WOODEN THINGS. So, as the intellectual I am, I went to the Rexal in hopes of a free Bandage. FIRST I ask the woman at the beginning of the store for a bandaid, she said to ask the Clinic lady for one, Clinic lady said she didn't have one??!!?? What clinic doesn't have a bandaid?! Well she said to ask the pharmacy lady, so I did. She spent an outrageous amount of time looking for one. I had a wife and 3 kids by the time she told me she didn’t have one. So I told the lady working at the front they didn't have any. SHE THEN WENT INTO THE CLINIC WHICH SAID THEY HAD NO BANDAIDS AND GET THIS, SHE GRABED ME A BANDAID?! So Clinic lady's, be warned. If a 16 year old with glasses asks for a bandaid, you better give him one.

Sorry this place is such a joke. Everything is overpriced. They’re understaffed, you always have to wait for someone to be at the checkout. Their store hours are pathetic too

Just went in to buy some Icy hot. No employees to be seen, cleaners were in and buffing floors buddy almost ran into me, no apologies. Not a big deal.Go and grab what I need and stand at the front waiting for someone to help, took a few minutes then a nice young lady helped me.Go to leave the store buddy buffing the floor and I cross paths he just keeps going and hits my foot on the way out.Weird visit to the store all-in-all. Moving forward will go to Shoppers as it was an odd, unprofessional experience.

The pharmacy...Cena over the last 3 years has been amazing! But every time she's on Maternity leave (she just started her 2nd leave), the incompetence is insane. Over the last 2 months, constant waiting for prescriptions even after hours past when they've said they will be done. Calling in a refill, or having the doctor send in a prescription and go hours later and it's not done. It's a joke. I may as well start calling days in advance to have setting refilled.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy since I moved to Lethbridge 4 years ago, and only in the last two months or so has it been this terrible. You’ll call for a refill or prescription as soon as they open, show up when they tell you to show up, and it still won’t be filled. They’re very nice, but incredibly slow and incompetent lately. Waited for over 4 hours for a prescription to be filled today, called to confirm it was ready, and now we’re STILL waiting for it to be filled. No impressed.

Huge selection and I love their specials. I've always been able to find the thing I've been looking for and something else at a great price.
Getting our flu shots there was also a great choice with next to no waiting time.

Disgusted with the use of racism against my friends as they came in as paying customers but were pushed to the side as they were unsure of what food they wanted to buy. I am appalled by this experience. Never again will I come back!
