I was transferring mobile service from Shaw to Rogers and had some difficulties I went to the store at 10:00 a.m. this morning when it opened I wish I could remember the name of the employee who helped me he was able to resolve all my issues quickly professionally very happy with the service?

Really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but had an awful experience there.I own a Rogers Mastercard, and just switched over my phone and internet services to from Telus to Rogers to take advantage of their new 2% cashback Rogers Mastercard (need a Rogers service to use). Rogers also has a promotion whereby if you purchase a phone outright from any Shaw/Rogers/Fido branded store using your Rogers Mastercard, you can convert that outright purchase into 36 or 48 months of equal 0% interest payments.I called into the store to confirm that they had the phone I was interested in (iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB). The first time I called, they didn't, but when I called back a few days later, they got some in stock. I came by that evening planning to purchase one.When I got there, I had to wait a while (which was fine, they were busy), about an hour or so, before anyone was able to help me. As the employee (Takreem I believe her name was?) was finishing up with some customers, she asked what I was in for. I said I was here to purchase an iPhone 15 Pro Max, and she asked if I meant to say I wanted to upgrade my phone. I clarified that, no, I was just purchasing a phone outright, which she said I can't do. I explained to her how the Rogers48 plan worked, and she contacted her manager (this was on the evening of Wednesday Oct 25th). Her manager sent her a text back explaining that he was not able to finance the phone, just accessories. I explained that I wasn't looking to finance, I was looking to purchase outright, to which she repeatedly pointed back to the text message and said she can't.Assuming there was a miscommunication, I asked to speak with the manager, but he was off that evening and the following day as well. I asked her if she'd sell me the phone if I got Rogers Mastercard Customer Service and Rogers Mobile Customer Service to both confirm that I can purchase it, to which she said she would have to default to her managers instructions. Frustrated after waiting an hour, I left her with my name and number to give to the Manager, Mike.Friday morning came and went without any word from Mike, so I called late morning to speak with him, and it was confirmed that he was in a meeting and unable to speak with me. I then called back at around 3pm to speak with him, and he was temporarily out of the store but would certainly call me back. It is now November 1st, and I still haven't heard back from him.I have since gone to Okotoks Rogers to purchase the phone, and ran into zero issues. I was able to purchase the phone outright, add Premium Device Protection, and had an overall wonderful experience there.I hope that the Manager takes the opportunity to teach himself and his staff about the available Rogers promotions, and also that this was just a blip in customer service.

Rude customer service. They also won't answer there phone. There plans are way over priced. Look elsewhere

Since they have acquired shaw, shaw's services have dropped dramatically. I'll be switching to Telus.

They like to make things as difficult as possible. It doesn't matter which brand you're going through if it's Rogers or Fido they're slow, the managers suck and their district managers are jerks.

Perfect experience! I had some issues signing up for internet and was told I had to go in to a rogers store to sort it out. A lovely lady by the name Takreem I believe? Helped me out and was so quick and sweet. I apologize if I got her name wrong! I just wanted to give her credit for being an major help and for being so patient with me

Do not waste your time going here.I walked into the store all employees were sitting on computers and I had to greet them and ask for help...I wanted to get a new phone and was told that it would be best if I actually called Rogers and did it over the phone. I do so and am told that I can pick my phone up in the store either the same day or the next. I do not receive a pickup email so I call and they tell me to call Fido as they don't have my order, Fido tells me to call Rogers as they didn't have my order. I decided to give it one more day and then receive an email stating my express order has been cancelled because I didn't pick it up... I call to try and get this sorted out and I am told they can no longer give me the phone I wanted for the price they originally gave me and the new offer was double, they also can't give me the old plan back that I had to switch for the new phone I never received.. Do yourself a favour and call the bell.

Rogers has been the worst experience I've ever had from a phone company. I wil never ever go with this company. Took me over a month to get approved for a phone. No one knew what they were talking about over the phone. Worst customer service I have ever received

WOW! Logan at Rogers in the Park Place mall is the best at his job. Not only the best cell phone company Rogers but the best Rogers store in Southern Alberta. We got the impossible to get Iphone 12 today and the color we wanted. Very safe clean store. I recommend Rogers to anyone wanting the best deal on a phone with the best network. All the staff are very knowledgable and supper friendly. Rogers has the best protection plain in the Industry. They have all the screen protectors and cases in stock. Do your self a favor and see Logan or any of his staff. You will not me disappointed you did. Happy holidays. :-)
