RONA Lethbridge is a well-stocked hardware store for renovation or home improvement needs. The store has friendly and knowledgeable staff who are most helpful and great, with one employee noted as super friendly, professional, and seeming to really know their stuff. Customer service was also described as great. However, the location is considered awful, with a difficult parking lot maze and poor access from the south. Some staff experiences are inconsistent; cashiers have been seen sitting on the counter looking bored, creating an unwelcoming vibe that repels customers. The computer system is old, though the app can be useful. A significant complaint notes that the posted Sunday closing hours are wrong, closing at 6pm instead of 8pm, which wastes time and fuel. Despite some issues, you can most of the time find what you’re looking for.
I've always found the staff here extra helpful and friendly.
The lumber yard has a good quality product and the service desk has a fellow named Brice and he knows handyman details.

This is my go to lumber and hardware store. It is Canadian owned which to me precludes Home Depot and other American outlets

So refreshing to enter a store, get immediate service from someone who knows exactly where to find what I need. And, not to be told to order from Amazon. Thanks & I'll be back!
